Here’s an update from myself and the rest of the team.

What’s Been Happening

Incidents and Suspicious Behaviour 

Please find the most recent incidents:

Weekend commencing Friday 31/10/25

Bennetts Road South

Offender(s) have cropped lock of main gate and broken into containers stealing copper piping fittings, velux window cables and electric chargers. 

Monday 10/11/25 4:47 am

Holbrook Lane

Possible intruders on site. Torch lights seen.

Sunday 09/11/25 11:am to 12:00pm

Holbrook Lane 

Site broken into, wood stolen.

Actions

We have been carrying out patrols and delivering advisory letters to residents living nearby sites that have been broken into. Now that residents know of recent incidents, they are more likely to report suspicious activity at the time that it is happening which enables us to deliver an immediate police response and increases the chances of catching offenders.
